Over the last decades technology has expanded exponentially and we\u2019ve come across some truly groundbreaking stuff. Let\u2019s not waste any more time and look at science\u2019s greatest hits.\n\n\n\n</p><h2 class='\"wp-block-heading\"'><strong>GPS\n\n\n\n<p>Being able to know where on the planet you are is honestly a gift from techno-Jesus if you have as much orientation as I do. I couldn\u2019t drive anywhere without a GPS, so thanks to this technological marvel I can see the outside world every once in a while. Not too much, though.\n\n\n\n<figure class='\"wp-block-image\"'><img decoding='\"async\"' src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/img-cdn.brainberries.co%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2020%5C/03%5C/technological-marvels-01.jpg%5C%22" alt='\"\"' class='\"wp-image-62823\"\/'>\n\n\n\n<h2 class='\"wp-block-heading\"'><strong>The Internet\n\n\n\n<p>You can read this, I can put this on a place where you can read it, and we can all communicate with each other irregardless of distance. The internet has changed the world forever and I doubt any of us could really go back.\n\n\n\n<figure class='\"wp-block-image\"'><img decoding='\"async\"' src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/img-cdn.brainberries.co%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2020%5C/03%5C/technological-marvels-02.jpg%5C%22" alt='\"\"' class='\"wp-image-62824\"\/'>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class='\"wp-block-heading\"'><strong>Magnetic Resonance Imaging\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to this invention, we can literally look inside someone\u2019s body. If that\u2019s not something that shows you the true potential of technology and how far we\u2019ve come, I\u2019m not sure what else will convince you. The MRI has saved thousands, maybe millions of lives since its creation.\n\n\n\n<figure class='\"wp-block-image\"'><img decoding='\"async\"' src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/img-cdn.brainberries.co%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2020%5C/03%5C/technological-marvels-03.jpg%5C%22" alt='\"\"' class='\"wp-image-62825\"\/'>\n\n\n\n<h2 class='\"wp-block-heading\"'><strong>The International Space Station\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s basically an Airbnb in space. Having a viable housing unit floating around in the deep abyss of space truly is a wonderful achievement for technology and humanity.\n\n\n\n<figure class='\"wp-block-image\"'><img decoding='\"async\"' src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/img-cdn.brainberries.co%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2020%5C/03%5C/technological-marvels-04.jpg%5C%22" alt='\"\"' class='\"wp-image-62826\"\/'>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class='\"wp-block-heading\"'><strong>Hubble Space Telescope\n\n\n\n<p>Considering this thing is so powerful it made a picture of the deepest part of the universe known so far \u2013 looking back in time more than 13 billion years \u2013 it\u2019s nothing short of amazing. For those interested, Google \u201cHubble Ultra Deep Field.\u201d It will blow your mind.\n\n\n\n<figure class='\"wp-block-image\"'><img decoding='\"async\"' src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/img-cdn.brainberries.co%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2020%5C/03%5C/technological-marvels-05.jpg%5C%22" alt='\"\"' class='\"wp-image-62827\"\/'>\n\n\n\n<h2 class='\"wp-block-heading\"'><strong>The Mars Rover\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a robot riding around on Mars sending us pictures of its surface. What\u2019s not to be amazed about? Sadly, both Mars rovers \u2013 Spirit and Opportunity \u2013 have gone dark on Mars\u2019 surface. They exceeded all expectations however, since they were only meant to last about a month and survived for many years.\n\n\n\n<figure class='\"wp-block-image\"'><img decoding='\"async\"' src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/img-cdn.brainberries.co%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2020%5C/03%5C/technological-marvels-06.jpg%5C%22" alt='\"\"' class='\"wp-image-62828\"\/'>\n\n\n\n<h2 class='\"wp-block-heading\"'><strong>Artificial Intelligence\n\n\n\n<p>While it might be the plot device in loads of post-apocalyptic sci-fi movies (looking at you, James Cameron), the rate at which we can make machines learn things is nothing short of impressive.
